I am just wondering if Xfinity Comcast have the right to increase my internet bill every month and their reason is that i go over data. When did internet have data ? I thought it was phone that have data. I do not stream tv i simply watched tv . I have been with them for almost 15 years now. Therefore, i really do not understand why they kept increasing my bill. Who should i complain to ? What steps do i need to take?
My xfinity internet has a 1,229 gb limit, but highest month ever used only 4gb. I have no idea why my limit is so high, but I’m probably paying for it.
You can go online to your xfinity acct and find your limit.
