I am trying to get a refund for work not done on my stove. I had Sears Home Services come out to my house on Feb 3 2025 and agreed to the inspection. The technician ordered the part When the part Arrived and the technician came back out Mar 3, 2025 it was a incorrect part. I singed a document on the technicians phone. I Called sears on March 11, 2025 and asked why the charges were not reversed they said the document I signed only refused service but did not reverse the charges. Then Sears gave me another number to call to reverse the charges. Sears said it would take 15 working days to reverse the charges. . 23 Working days latter I call capital one and told them I dispute the charges. They made a reveasla of 458.27 when I asked for a 319.27 reversal. Total cost - the estimate fee. Sears disputed the charges 9working days latter.
