I got duped by the four free phones and 4 lines for $90/month. Before I switched from cricket where I was paying $100/month for 4 lines, I asked every way I could think of if it was really $90 or if there would be extra charges. I was assured, it was $90. The first billing cycle I paid over $170. When I called, they said that it takes a few billing cycles to catch up and I would receive credit for the over charges. The next 2 billing cycles I paid over $150. Again I called and was told it takes a few billing cycles to catch up and I would receive credit for the over charges. Now the charge is $120 and I have been told, that is the price I will get for the next year. There is no $90 plan. It is $120 with taxes and fees. I will not be receiving any credits for the earlier charges. I will simply get $120 bills for the next year and then it will go back up to $150 or more. The only way out is to pay full price for the 4 phones that I received when I signed up. I have filled complaints with the FCC and the BBB. Do I have any other course of action?
Well, what does it say on the contract that you signed ?
