This is why I wanted to contact Tracphone. Since I rarely use it, the batt is low so began to charge. I’ve tried 3 diff USB-C cables on two diff ports, but get this odd display. I assume something is wrong.
Finally got thru to TS. Seems I have to make at least one call a month or the phone is disabled. [even though the auto pay is paying every month]
TS “re-activated” my phone. Charges now.
