Replace wheels on luggage

Good day:

One of the wheels on my carry on spin Samsonite luggage is messed up and doesn’t roll.

Has anybody tried to buy a replacement wheel and install it? Thoughts

JTraveler, I was at TWA in the early 90’s when the first wheeled suitcases came out. Airline employees quickly wore them out. We found that for wheel replacement the ones for the roller blades, that were popular then, fit very well. And outlasted the original. I found them at Wal-Mart.

I would take the Samsonite wheel and see what you can find out there that will fit your suitcase.

Happy ending, I called Samsonite customer service and they could not have been more helpful. They are actually replacing the piece of luggage.
