Lowes Windows + Legal Settlement Advice

Me and my husband purchased windows through Lowes and ran into a ton of issues. They are finally done and we have gone down the path of trying to get compensated. After negotiating, they have given their “best and final” offer, but it unfortunately still does not align with what we feel we are entitled to. Has anyone else gone to the Legal team with Lowes? What was that experience like? Were you successful in what you set out to achieve? Were your legal fees worth what you got out of it? How long was the process?

Any feedback is appreciated; we only have a week to decide or the offer expires.

Without some idea of the problems, no one can give you a legitimate answer. Were they manufactured incorrectly or were they installed incorrectly? Were they installed by Lowes affiliated contractors.? To be blunt, what you feel you are entitled to is irrelevant. This is from someone who worked in the wholesale building products business for 40 years and handled complaints most of those years. Also someone who is not a big fan of Lowes.
