So true! I just looked at a business rating for a company that has 50+ pages of complaints, but an A+ rating. Some were unresolved or solution was rejected, but still the company has an A+??? Simply by the fact that they have so many complaints seems that they don’t deserve an A+. Logic is not in the equation here!
