I have ordered glasses from GlassesUSA for years. I just want plain glasses and lenses without any additions. This year, I found it impossible to place such a simple order, and I couldn’t find the number for customer service without extensive searching. It has become so complicated to just order a plain pair of glasses that I’m not sure I will use them in the future. But their glasses are wonderful if you can get through the new, complicated ordering process.
