All blinds now are either cordless or the cordless are based on manually hooking them - no cords…
There are crank window blinds out there, but we’re looking for 36" blinds…crank blinds start at 4’ or longer…
Unless you mean the blinds that come in glass, it’s pretty easy to trim plain ole regular window blinds to match the height you need. Just whack off what you don’t need and re-tie bottom weighted thingy.
