I alreay use 2FA where possible and long, complex passwords.
What prompted me to look at these services was a simple google search on me and I was astounded…!
Not only did it show my name, address, phone number, email, age, work history,
and education, but even the names and addresses of my neighbors and three relatives…!
A staggering amount of information on me. Scary.
