Any Tracphone users?

I only use mine when traveling, which is very rare these days. But have a question and tried to log into my account. [have not used that in months]
VPN is off, and I use LastPass so no chance of a mistake. Tried tracphone.com and get

Access denied
Error 15

What happened?

I can’t log in on the PC or with the phone app.

I got thru to TS and they said the site is down for maintenance.

For three days…?

I got through this AM and made a purchase of some data for my wife’s phone.
