I cancelled my Amazon Prime subscription with about 28 days to go.
I looked at my account recently, and the cancellation was gone. So I cancelled again, with 8 days to go.
Today I got billed for Amazon Prime. I immediately cancelled again.
So if you cancel your Amazon Primer, stay on top of it. Apparently Amazon doesn’t honor a customer request to cancel.
After I canceled my Prime, I rented a movie and they charged me for Prime again. I thought you could still rent movies without Prime but I guess not. I immediately canceled again and they credited my charge card. If you order anything from Amazon, you have to be REAL careful as they try to sign you up again at every turn and try to charge you shipping even if your order is over $35.
i had them give me prime 4x when i did not ask for it, and i always call the 800 # and talk to an indian.
I went through the cancellation again, and made sure I didn’t order anything on Prime.
They cancelled the subscription and refunded my money (as a credit card credit, not an Amazon credit, thank goodness!)
