The “Ring Protect Basic” used to cost me about $30 per year pre-COVID but I just got my renewal notice, and it’s going to be $54.11. That’s just a stupid amount of inflation. Are there cheaper and maybe better alternatives? I’m just thinking of letting it lapse then calling them up after a time and asking them for a deal to try to find a retention offer.
Has anyone used OOMA home security? I’ve had an OOMA phone for many years and love the service. Maybe I could just add some security devices on top of it…
