Personal shopper with Shipt company

I worked with this company called shipt from Birmingham Alabama that’s where there company is located they deactivated my account because many of the orders I got there was a problem entering many of the clients gates they tell you call the client or message them but many times they don’t answer the phones or text messages now that I don’t work with them anymore they took my $219.10 plus my tips I tried calling them and emailing them for my money but no response can you please help me get paid from them
