Mint Mobile’s “Minternational Pass”

I switched my husband to Mint Mobile last year and we just renewed his line for a second full year. He has the unlimited plan, and it was $390 total for the full year of service (~$32/month). He’s never had any complaints with service around home, and we love the price. However, we did try to use the “Minternational Pass” earlier this year and couldn’t get it to work in Europe. I was wondering if any other Mint users have had success with international data?

MINT is desperate to get users off of the $15 a month plan, they throw you perks in exchange for language that lets them raise prices in the future. I’m on $15 a month for the past six years, I’m never changing.

You can buy a SIM card in Europe for like $30 with Gigabytes of mobile data.
