I wanted to share my recent experience with Mastercard’s concierge service. A few weeks ago, I had a fantastic conversation with one of their agents. They mentioned an upcoming app update, which got me excited. I downloaded the app right after our call, but, honestly, it hasn’t been very user-friendly. The features just won’t load, and I keep getting error messages. I haven’t tried the Virtual Assistant feature yet, though. I did mention these issues to the agent, and they assured me that they’d fix them in the upcoming update.
