The posting is slowing down here. The alternative forum (when this one was down for awhile) The Last Forum is still pretty active. I’ll still visit both.

I have always liked the old message board and really knew how to use it well but over the past several years this new message board still seems very difficult to use, and I don’t see much of the old posters posting much anymore.

The last forum is mostly peopled by posters seeking something more edgy after Clark eliminate the political forum on clark.com. Those venturing there should be prepared to exercise a bit of anger management.

No. Not related to Clark Howard in any way. The only thing common is that most of the posters there were very active in the politics board on the old CH message board. It is mainly politics on that board. If you aren’t into politics, you likely won’t like the board.. If you are into politics, you will have far less stress if your political views lean to the right. If they lean to the left, I suggest body armor and perhaps an asbestos suit.
Like Flyer says, CH has nothing to do with The Last Forum, but it was started by posters from the old forum who wanted to continue the old board. At the time we thought the original CH forum might not return. You will see some of the same posters there and here.
I rarely post on here, but I read all the threads and have for years. I learned a lot from this forum when I was paying off mortgages and getting out of debt, it kept me motivated. I didn’t even register until I read the politics forum one day on the old CH board.

A lot of the activity on The Last Forum is basically just name calling between parties who do not like each other. Some of it resembles what you would expect from drunks at 3:00 AM in a seedy bar.

That is a over generalization. There are many threads I skip over from their title. But many others that are worth reading. I will continue to visit both boards.

Yes, I was Sister here and Sister there. I had to re register here as Sister1 because I lost my list of passwords. I can’t re register over there, so I figured I was banned, as innocent as I am.

Yes, I tried changing password, and it said it would send me an email with further instructions which it never happened. Tried re registering with a new username (Sister1) and same thing no email. I checked spam and trash, nothing there either.
We are trying to get you in, They said that it looked like as some point you set it as spam. He took your id off that list. Try requesting a password change again and see if you can get an email then. You private message me on this if you want
