Intuit - So Very Frustrating

First of all I have an existing account with Intuit and I use a UserId / Password combination to log in. All I want to do is change my email address on the account. The instructions are online on how to change it but they don’t work… the web page enters an endless loop that keeps prompting for the new email. I can find no way to contact them… no email address, no phone number… anyone have any suggestions? I did try to just create a new account but I get an error when I attempt that as well… arrrrrrgh!!!

This is the basic, but it looks like turbotax has a phone number from a quick google search, I don’t know what product you are using
