Help to cancel Zelle on my account?

How do you disable Zelle?

I have an account with one of the larger banks and it has Zelle. I used Zelle in the past to pay rent as that was the ONLY electronic payment my LL would take and I did not/do not have a checkbook.

I no longer need Zelle and I can’t seem to cxl it from my account.

Have you called the bank?

Yes I have and they gave me the whole spiel about how Zelle is a benefit etc. After about 15 min with no resolution, I gave up and asked here.
