Many of our real estate contractors like to use Zelle…so we end up doing bill pay.
It’s disappointing. More protection for users is definitely needed. Has anyone had success with resolving issues through their bank’s customer service?
Protection for what? For falling for a scam? What does that mean, really… does it mean someone will have to “approve” my payments? How much cost and delay will that add to payments?
How is Zelle better or worse than PayPal or a bank’s billpay service or buying Visa gift cards at WalMart and giving the account numbers to scammers?
Dear God, I’ve had PayPal for TWENTY FIVE YEARS, it’s ancient Boomer history by now, are people so infantalized that they have to have a nanny state look after everything they do?
