I am considering switching to Silvercell Wireless. Does anyone here have any experience with them? I believe that it is owned by the same company that owns Twigby, (STX Group).
If you have dealt with them please let me know how things have gone.

I have used twigby for years. My only complaint is that customer service is by chat only. I recently heard about silver cell but when I compared them using ai, I found us mobile to be much more cost effective, esp. since taxes and fees are included in their price, unlike twigby and silver cell. Plus, you have a choice of all 3 major’s for tower usage. I believe the first switch is free, as well. It is even cheaper if you purchase a year of service. My twigby bill is approx 18 dollars a month after taxes and fees. I can step up an extra gb of data a month with us cellular and get it for 8 to 10 a month, depending on if it’s annual or month to month.
Thank you for your input Jane. Customer service by chat only is one thing that I do not like and that’s why I’m hesitant to sign up. I will be checking out US Mobile.
The chat feature is actually pretty good at twigby. It sure beats when t mobile’s phone rep instructed me to go to Facebook for help, then the rep. there told me I’d have to wait online while he went to lunch. Three hours online and my issues with their new Starlink phone service taking over my main number were never resolved. I ended up having to factory reset my phone after stopping service with them.
As for us mobile, I think their customer service may be by chat as well.
Good luck!
Thank you again for the additional information.
I’m with T-Mobile now. While I have never used their online chat I have called their customer service number several times in the past. To be blunt, in my opinion, T-Mobile sucks!
I guess, in addition to Dumb and Dumber, we now have Dumbest! They have terrible coverage in my area.
I was a very long-time Sprint customer. Sprint had great coverage in my area so when T-Mobil took over my coverage didn’t suffer.
