Excellent customer support- Sonos

I have dealt with Sonos (audio streaming hardware) and they are the best at customer service. Fast, helpful and knowledgeble.
Further, I don’t pay a subscription fee and these are out of warranty situation. I will steer to their products in the future.

Just curious what problems you might of had and if they are related to the hardware or app.

Last year. Products out of warranty. They extended the warranty and replaced speaker.
This year. I was setting up a 15 year old device and was have trouble. They walked me through it.
