I’m looking into electric pressure cookers for everyday cooking and would love to hear some expert recommendations. My priorities are reliability, easy cleanup, safety, and versatile cooking options. I’m especially interested in models that are simple to use and hold up well over time. What would you recommend?
I’d probably go with an Instant Pot. They’re reliable, fairly simple to use, and offer a good range of functions beyond pressure cooking, like sautéing, steaming, slow cooking, and making rice. Cleanup is also pretty straightforward, especially with the removable inner pot. I’d just make sure replacement sealing rings and other parts are easy to get, since that’s useful for long-term use.
