For the record, I have a Walmart+ membership. Walmart may not be the best corporate citizen on the planet, but I’m so glad I have the membership in question.
“Good” and “Affordable”. Is that an oxymoron sort of like government intelligence?
Those living in the Carolinas or parts of Georgia might want to consider the foot-long subs from Ingles Markets. They offer ham and or turkey with a wide variety of toppings including cheese, lettuce, spinach,. tomatoes, black olives, etc. The price is $6.99, for most folks they provide more than a meal. They even have whole grain sub rolls.
I removed my post about Safeway subs during $5 Fridays because the OP specifically asked about microwaveable sandwiches and I believe was only asking about hot sandwiches. Otherwise just buy sub rolls and sliced/frozen ribeye to be pan fried. Costco has both the smaller sub/italian rolls and the sliced ribeye.
