Just tried to log in to my account and they want last 6 digits of card number and FULL SS number for password “recovery”.
I never had to do this before.
Is this safe ?
The full SS number throws me off. Why wouldn’t they just need the last four? I, personally, would call the number on the back of the card to confirm and/or get further assistance.
