Bought $500 worth of a 4.35% two year CD at Fidelity. It is a fractional CD offering. You can buy in increments of $100 instead of the usual $1000 increments requirements. The CDs are not callable. Figured if we go much higher than that rate in the next 2 years, I will have other money to buy with as the rates go up. Slight disadvantage over a treasury note is a CD is not state tax exempt.
