I was late on a payment of less than $60 three month’s ago…… I completely paid off the balance…..however in the meantime AMEX is charging an addition $120 in late fees and interest…… I have asked AMEX close the account ,…… I would be willing to pay one late fee to settle……. Is there anyone at AMEX or anywhere else, who could get this done please?
