Amazon Fire TV vs Roku

So do you have a preference?

To me the Roku is better for 2 reasons,

  1. The Menu screen is clean and clear easy to find what you want… the scren never changes
  2. The Remote is easier to use… with discrete directional buttons.

The Fire is harder to find stuff… for me, I have to look/scroll for YoutubeTV… takes longer to get to it… not obvious.
And the wheel is less tactile than than discrete buttons.
Seems I often hit the wheel a bit off like at 4 o’clock instead of 3.

I have all Roku except for one TV which I dislike using.
