Amazon thinks I am “data mining” and has denied my access to all reviews on a product. I have requested access, but been denied via a message from AI. I have appealed. Has anyone else been denied and if so who did you email or contact (real person) to regain access. Customer service has no authority and just says they will “escalate” the matter to a higher up.
