And that’s the problem when they did away with “Pins”! Remember Clark always talked about pins and TO NEVER LOSE them! Well, people will be people and they would lose their pins and then call up and start crying. So no more pins. Amazing!

If you gave people a time and date and place to come and get $10,000 in cash, and it was more than a year in the future, most of them would not show up

The liable party in this event is the credit agency because of their failure to correctly identify the person calling.

The agency should go to passkeys.

A fraudster who wants to sign in to my Clark Howard account has to have my phone and finger print in their possession.
