i have been using these people from almost last 5 years now and always whenever i want to use my points it is more expensive than the airline website and every time i have to call these people to adjust it .

Well i mostly call chase travel to book any flight and prices are much better over the phone with a live chase travel representative ( E.G. 1-888-483-9719 ) is what i call always to get a better deal than prices on the portal or the app .
You should try that too . 
I’ve noticed that from time to time as well. The prices in the travel portal don’t always match what I see directly on an airline’s website, and it can definitely be confusing. Calling and asking them to check the fare is a good tip, especially if you’ve had better luck that way. I also like to compare the total cost including baggage and seat selection, before deciding whether to book through the portal or directly with the airline. Sometimes the difference is small, but other times booking direct ends up being the better value. It would be interesting to know why the portal and phone agents sometimes see different pricing for the exact same flight.

In my experience, Chase Travel isn’t always the cheapest option because it’s a third-party booking portal and sometimes doesn’t have access to the same promotional or direct fares that airlines and hotels offer. The rewards or points multipliers can still make sense in some cases, but I always compare the total price, cancellation policy, and included benefits before booking. If the direct booking is significantly cheaper, I’d rather book with the airline or hotel and avoid the extra middleman as well. It’s worth comparing every time instead of assuming the portal offers the best value

The Chase Travel portal sometimes prices flights differently from the airline’s own website because it uses a different booking system or fare inventory. Calling customer service to have them match or adjust the price has been the only reliable solution for me too.
