I have recently downloaded a VPN. Seems to work fine at home, but as soon as leave the house, and try to get on another WI-FI network, it doesn’t seem work…is that typical? I also want to use it when I am overseas…. Any help would be appreciated…

Thanks! I didn’t know if for example if I walked into Starbucks, would I still have Wi-Fi access with my VPN, regardless of which one I used.
We have a vpn, and though I only get on the same sites, not that many, there are a couple that our vpn will block…and I have tried adding those to the “allowed” list, still won’t allow them….I don’t know , but one thing my husband said might help- he said ..change the location for the vpn, that may help..if not , contact their support. Hope that helps anyone.
