University of Texas System group Medicare Advantage plan

Clark hates Medicare Advantage plans, but I have never heard him talk about group plans. The UT System has a group plan (UT Care) that is a PPO administered by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. This type of employer/university-sponsored group MA plan differs from individual market plans with better subsidies or lower net costs for retirees, broader networks or fewer restrictions (e.g., open PPO structure), and group negotiation power leading to more favorable terms. Would love to hear from folks who know more about it or who have had it for some time.
