I own a home and I want to rent out unfurnished to full time residents. I am looking for them to sign at least a 6-month lease.
I am having a difficult time finding a website to generate an AD. A lot of them like Booking.com seem like they want you to rent a room to someone who is looking to stay 1 or 2 nights.
Does anyone have any advice? Thank you-
Use Craigslist. Under Housing category. It’s free.
How about a sign in your front yard?
Check your zoning and city codes to be sure you are allowed to do this before signing any contracts.
If regulations allow you to rent, then create an account at Nextdoor.com. Locals read that. Having locals find you a friend or whomever is probably better than blindly finding people.
