My 12 month housing lease is up soon. I need a rental with shop space but none available right now. Should I renew lease for month to month or risk doing a 12 month lease? Not sure how to manage timing of move.
I think the first step would be to have a discussion with the landlord to see what the landlord might be willing to do.
