Password sharing?

I am wondering your thoughts on Password sharing.
What is the definition of password sharing.
Within a family are their limits?

  1. How about kids at college

  2. How about divorced with kids. One friend has shared custody kids. To his credit, he has the top tier Netflix which allows for up to 5? simultaneous users.

How will it be enforced?

I am not saying there is not abuse… just where to set the limits and how to enforce it.

One problem might emerge if you proliferate your passwords to many users, and if they are not unique, then if one of the users is “leaky” then you may get hacked on one of your financial accounts.
