should I call the Consumer Action Center?
There’s a link at clark.com under the “Connect” tab. You can submit a question to Clark there. They get a lot of questions so don’t expect yours to be chosen to be read on the show, but they may forward it to the Consumer Action Center and you could get an email response. Other than that, you could just call the Consumer Action Center.
