Have attempted to contact various employees over the past month via their e-mail multiple times regarding their articles with NO RESPONSE whatsoever.
Clicking on the “e-mail” link for “contact information” just takes you to a page of bios of various personnel with NO e-mail link provided at all.
A recent article by Craig Johnson about the states with the best and worst credit scores is a joke. It simply lists ALL the states with their respective credit scores in alphabetical order w/o regard to best/worst credit scores.
Report: The States With the Best and Worst Credit Scores
NOT what I would expect from an article from “ClarkHoward.com” and this is just one example of several, and again with no way to contact and/or NO RESPONSE from trying to contact directly. Very sad…
Hi @gundy6603,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize that you’ve had difficulty contacting our team and that you were disappointed with the article on state credit scores.
Most of the bios on our Meet the Team page include an email address so readers can contact staff directly. We also have a Contact Form for readers to share any issues with the site or articles.
Thank you again for your feedback. We always aim to provide the best customer service and will look at how we can improve.
Sincerely,
Sally from Team Clark
Hello Sally,
Thank you for your response. Yes, I know about the e-mails for the individuals on the “meet the team” page (for some but not all) which I used to personally e-mail both Craig and Christopher multiple times at the beginning of April regarding a question/comment I had about one of their previous articles with no response.
Assuming you saw Craig’s recent article about states with the best and worst credit scores, I’m sure you can agree it does not make any sense.
I have been listening to Clark on the radio since the early 1990’s, close to when he started, as well as receiving the newsletters for a while now and enjoy the content. But lately, things have seemed to be going “downhill”. Thanks again.
