I just heard about this and have not tried it so I am not promoting it. But it seems like it might be helpful if you are trying to dispute a health claim denial.

This way, the customer has to request a human to review a claim. I had about $5,000 in expenses - about 30 doctor visits for a dependent and some hearing aids that got denied because the robot didn’t read the attachments that accompanied the claim
I ended out paying around $1,100 for everything which was the agreed amount per the contract but it took 150 days to resolve. It was worth the hassle as my wife’s employer pays 87% of the cost
