What are the plus and minuses of Discover credit cards going over to Capital One?
With Discover you did have half decent Customer Support, and a reasonably usable rewards program for money accrued by spending. 5% categories, rotating quarterly.
With DC sold out to C1 you don’t know what to expect, but I think CS will decline and likely the “cash back” will not be as good. Long ago I learned that C1 are lying liars and I terminated them. As soon as they muck me around since I have a discover card, I will cease to have it.
