OK, so Clark Howard likes ad-supported streaming services. For me, such a streaming service would work OK for a movie or program that was actually produced for ad-supported television during, say, the 1970s or '80s. During the streaming of such a movie or program, an ad should pop up when it’s supposed to pop up.
