The information presented in the article is quite beneficial including the lists of series and movies. Over the past year, we have frequently changed streaming services, sometimes every 2 to 3 months, although we prefer the ad-free versions.

This is an affordable approach to getting the best of all the streaming content providers, if you want to go through the hassle of signing up and cancelling a service every month. I’m not a huge TV watcher, and when I do watch a program I prefer documentaries (the REAL reality TV). When I scroll through the offerings on Prime, Netflix, etc. I only see a few things that are of interest. However, I can get all the free content I want on Youtube and Vimeo, including many tv shows and movies, without a subscription. I run an adblocker, so it filters all the ads out of the programming, and it’s a seamless, quality experience.
The only challenge is finding the quality content on Youtube. The algorhythm pushes a bunch of junky, clickbait videos, but when you dig and search for great content, it’s out there. I get a thrill from finding quality channels that haven’t been discovered yet. And with billions of videos on Youtube, there is lots of quality content out there.

I stopped paying for anything long ago. With something like a Roku/Roku enabled TV, even an old LG w webOS TV there are so many providers with free content and movies. YouTube free with ads, PlutoTV live or streaming movies, Max if you have Cricket or other qualifying service that gives it to you free, Tubi, Plex, Roku channel, and so on. Just beware of content not appropriate for children on some platforms that don’t separate or filter.
