The article on the Custom Cash Card needs some clarification because under Card Summary it says your 5% reward will be based on the category you used the most, and elsewhere it says it’s based on which category you spend the most in. Those could easily be two different categories.
It is the category with the highest dollar amount spent.
My favorite Citi card is the double rewards, though, which I got many years ago after Clark recommended it. It is 2% always for everything.

I use the 2% back card most often, but use other cards at Amazon to get 5% back, and the Chase Freedom card gives 5% back on quarterly categories that they choose.

Yeah those are solid cards too; especially when you use Amazon a lot.
It annoys me that the big players coordinate with each other to have almost the same 5% quarterly categories though.
