A friend of my wife is on the ACA Insurance Healthcare program. She has been on the program for 3 years. This year due to a major operation she was out of work and did not earn but around $10,000 which is not enough to qualify for the ACA for last year.
Has anyone have this happen and what were the consequences. Thanks for any advice.
