Vanguard handing over my 401(k) plan to Ascensus Trust Company

I am self-employed and have had a Solo 401(k) with Vanguard as recommended by Clark. They recently sent a letter indicating my 401(k) plan will be taken over by Ascensus Trust Company.

Anything I need to be concerned about?

Ascensus manages our company’s 401(k) accounts, and we haven’t experienced any issues yet. We have a full article on the deal here with more information. Clark is on the lookout for any fee increases or problems, and we’ll update our article if we have any issues.
