I bought Premium Economy seats on United. A few days later, I went to change them, as is my right with this class of service. The website prompted me to pay the Premium Economy premium again, even though I already had that type of seat. I got on the phone, told the rep about it, and they made the changes without the need to rebuy my same class of service. Had I not been outraged about it, had I not defended my rights, or had I been careless the website would have stolen $213 from me. I thought this was outrageous.
