Hello. I have had my credit frozen for years and unfreeze it whenever I need to. HOWEVER!!!
this time I am unable to unfreeze it with Experian and all the numbers keep giving me the AI treatment. They have my home phone number, which we do not have anymore and it won let me change it. I went so far in as to redo my membership with uploading my license and then it wouldn’t take it. Do you have any advise?

Maybe find a number to call at corporate? Is there still a mail option for unfreezing?
Try the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. A google search says it also oversees credit bureaus.
A few years ago, I used it with a bogus $700 credit card charge the CC company wouldn’t remove. I called the CFPB and the personal was friendly and helpful. I got it resolve in about a week after filing a complaint. So satisfying to get such help.
One caution, I used it before it went on the chopping block by Elon. I don’t know how that has affected its ability to be helpful. Hopefully, it is still there to help consumers against bad financial business practices, which it was created for.
