The credit card game

I currently have credit cards that pay the following cashbacks:
5% for groceries
4% for dining out
4% for gas
3% wholesale clubs
6% back at Marriott chain using the Marriott card
2% back on everything using Apple Pay
2% back on all Disney purchases
or 1% back on everything else using any of my cards.

I also have an American Airlines and Southwest card.

Is it still wise to get a travel card like the Chase Sapphire card ($95) just to get travel insurance when flying?

All thoughts appreciated!

The Chase card also provides primary insurance coverage on rental cars.

My cards like the Marriott and Southwest and a few others already give me car rental coverage
