Texas/Oklahoma Tolls and Rental Cars

I am traveling to Texas for vacation for a week with my family and getting a rental car.

Is there anyway to to get something like the “uni” for Texas?

Or can I buy something on one of their Travel authorities to avoid all rental car toll fees? HELP!!!

Transponders issued by Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas are interoperable among the three states. Looks like they are only sold by the toll authorities of each state so Amazon purchase appears to be a no go.
