On-line banking

Any opinions with using First Internet Bank of Indiana. I’m wanting to open CD’s with them but it’s been more work than anticipated with getting the account funded. They don’t allow bank to bank electronically transfers without having a checking acct with them which I don’t want. Is this common with on-line CD accounts? Any opinions on this bank from acct holders? I want to feel comfortable leaving my money with them. I don’t recall it being difficult with other on-line banks I’ve had CD’s with.
